|| 3D models are generally too clean looking. Real world objects get dirty, and they get dirty in uneaven ways.
This isn't easy to simulate. Truegrit analyses your 3D model, and it's UV mapping, then generates a diffuse map which, when wrapped back on to your model looks like dirt.
The clever part is the way it looks at your model. Truegrit assumes that dirt will collect in the corners and the crevasses of your objects. It analyses the shape, then sprays dirt in where the model would be hardest to clean.
